Dr. Jennifer Watt, PT, DPT, CF-L1, PCES, BRM, has been practicing physical therapy for the past 18 years with the last 8 years specializing in pelvic health. She is also a CrossFit Level 1 coach and in so fuses her background in fitness and pelvic health to take a fitness forward approach to treating pelvic health from prenatal care to menopause and everything in between. She treats the body as a whole with all other factors that affect it from pain and dysfunction to sleep and nutrition to life's daily stresses. Her goal is to restore function in the body and build it back up.
